I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA. I want to make a career change to Sports Management.

Thats a tough change. If you are serious you might want to change your resume arround a bit to say that you got a bachelors of science degree rather than an EE for your undergrad and emphisize project/people management accomplishments rather than Engineering related accomplishments. I don't know what else to tell you. Its possible but you have a tough road ahead.
