Eliot Spitzer is now suing Richard Grasso (http://msnbc.msn.com/id/5092745/site/newsweek/) for getting paid too much. I do think he got paid too much, but should the New York attorney general be suing him because he got paid too much?

I think Eliot Spitzer is specifically pointing out that the way the committee handled the matter, Grasso's resignation, his pay package, etc. has problems. Spitzer actually said that Grasso was paid too much in one of press conferences.
