Terry Semel and Jerry Yang spoke at the common wealth club(http://www.commonwealthclub.org/) at the end of the last month(while moderated by Kara Swisher) and they were talking about search engines; http://zdnet.com.com/1601-2-5168348.html. It was right after Yahoo switched to its own search engine. They were saying that, from consumer point of view, so many problems were still unsolved in terms of internet search. I was listening to it, and then I thought, "You know what, that's so true." Companies like Google made huge improvement in search over the last several years, but it is still such a primitive technology from consumer point of view.
