Which would you choose and why?

Well, that's obvious! :)

I was just wondering if anybody has anything pro or con to say about either field.

Public Accountant probably has the best hours except during Tax season when they have the worst hours.
Financial Advisor is a tough racquet with lots of selling. It can be very competitive. Cut throat even.
Fraud Examiner is likely not very well paying- as it would likely be a civil servant job, unless you get a gig with a private investigation firm, which is likely very competitive.
