I presume one of meanings of "Career" is for one to accumulate knowledge/experience/skills. For example, you become a doctor and work for 5 years, 10 years. You see more cases and try different things(within legal limits). I can kind of see how experienced doctors are more valuable than fresh out of medical schools. How about Business Career? What differentiates those who are in business for 10 years from fresh out of business schools? Skills? Experience? Specifically ... what things are being accumulated in their career? I'm just curious to know what people think.
