How you find your jobs after finishing your MBA?
Via Friends or find your jobs on-line?

Your school should have a Career Services department to assist you in finding a job. MBA programs usually have a relationship with certain employers and are successful at placing their graduates with these employers. For those graduates not fortunate enough to get placement assistance from their career services department, networking often lands them a job. This can be done through professional organizations or associates you know working in your field of interest. Personally, I don't care too much for finding a job online. If you have to go this route, you haven't done a good job utilizing your school's career services center or your network. With online job hunting, you are just a number and you will be lucky if your resume even gets looked at.

Networking plays a big role in getting you a job after college. Since MBA programs are mostly filled with people who have already been working or have companies paying for them to complete the program the friends you make while going to school can recommend you for jobs. My brother recently graduated from an MBA program and is now the operations manager for our company and he hired on two of the people he went to school with right out of the program.

Definantly use all of your resources. There are a lot of good jobs available online so don't rule it out. At minimum post your resume as searchable in the big three (monster, hotjobs, and career builder).

Another idea is that u can get a list of alumnus from your career service office, which should also contain their current jobs / work place. Then try to contact them, and create a very good impression of yourself...cos that's the first interview stage. Discuss with them and u'll definately get at least an offer.

hey,
another good idea, i have done this after i finished my degree...you find books about all the companies in the country you are in..there you find all the faxes and telephone numbers..and start sending as many as you can,,what i have done is..i have the faxes of all companies (i used windows xp fax services) and put them in a que to send my CV and left it..in one day i sent 300 faxes by just a click ofcourse typing faxes numbers is tedious..and it worked..i got many offers..
hope it helps.
